It's a Necessity!

This week, we took a big step toward our status as true residents of Eagar.

We sold our Lancer (Finally!) and bought a truck!

We started to notice shortly after moving to Eagar, that we were a little out of place as it seems like almost EVERY driveway in Eagar occupies at least one truck. After attempting to landscape, get firewood, do home repairs, take camping trips, etc., we realized it was more of a necessity than a bandwagon thing!

The other day when Mike got home from work, we took it up the mountain for a ride. We already feel like we're making memories in it and couldn't be happier about our purchase!

It was a comfy ride and she didn't last long! :)

Grant's been talking about it all week:
"Mommy, dat's my trut!"
"Tan we doe for a ride in my trut?"
"I just want to loot at my trut"

So, here are the boys with their "trut".

We told Grant to take our picture and this is what we got...not bad! (Our faces are kind goofy because we're getting such a kick out of this little two-year-old handling the camera like a pro.)

Poor Bets missed out on the family picture snoozin' in the "trut"!

Thanks Nat and Cheston! Your truck is in good hands (with Grant, if nothing else)!
