So...it's been a while. I have quite a bit to get caught up on. December was really fun! Mike and I decided that to get into the Christmas spirit, we would do a different Christmas activity every night and watch a different Christmas movie every night. We had a great time! Thanks to everyone who came and hung out w/ us!
Polar Express in 3D!
We watched this at the IMAX in the Mills Mall. Anyone who hasn't seen this should definitely do it next year!! It was a ride!!
Adam was absolutely bounding with excitement...
Mike and Kaleb and Ashley's baby Koby
Christmas Cookies with Shelbi and Harlee!
We made Christmas cookies and watched Mickey's Christmas with Mike's sister Jennifer's girls Harlee and Shelbi. It was SO much fun! We love hanging out with them!! Shelbi is such a hard worker! She was still going strong when the rest of us pooped out!
Boat Light Parade at Tempe Town Lake
Apparently they do this every year so we thought we would need to get there especially early to get a good seat since it's a free event. Now we know for next year that you don't need to be early since the boats seriously go like a mile an hour and to sit on the South side of the Lake since that's the side they go down first and if you sit on the North side, you'll be waiting at least an hour!
Temple Lights
Of course Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without going to see the temple lights. We took hot chocolate and cookies Mike's grandma made. Jen, Nicole and Sal all came.

Santa's Theme Park
Our first attempt at Santa's Theme Park we went with Mike's sister Jennifer and her kids...we ended up coming home soaking wet with upturned umbrellas. The second time ended up much better and we got to go with Nate and Jen and Tammy and Brando were also able to come too.
Brando actually paid to see this ;). It was fun to watch Mike! He did great! Way longer than 8 seconds! And his nieces couldn't be prouder! He was a hero coming off that bull! :)
Christmas Eve at Brando's
Christmas Eve is Mike's sister Emily's husband's birthday (haha) so we all went down to Brando's to celebrate. It was great!!

Sedari's Stories I don't think I spelled that right...we listened to some not so familiar Christmas stories at our house one night. They were really funny! Daniel, Laura, Hyrum, Megan, Mary, Julian, Celina, Brian and Mel were all able to cram into our house to listen.
I've decided to learn to knit.
Back to Mesa...
Heid and Jake were the only ones who took advantage of the mistletoe this month...Maybe it was hard to see w/ all the garland.

I'm not a proud Grammie at all. Shelbi amazes me at how responsible she is and always has plenty of energy! Wonder where she gets that?? Happy New Year!
